Contact points for privacy questions
For privacy inquiries, contact team@shine-stream.one with the subject line “Privacy request”. We respond within a reasonable period, typically within thirty days, unless complex verification is required. If you are a corporate customer, your procurement contact may also coordinate privacy questions through our customer success channel.
Your rights
Depending on your relationship with PulseAnchor, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data where applicable law allows. We will verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosure. In some cases, legal exceptions may limit deletion while disputes or tax obligations remain open. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea if you believe processing violates applicable law.
Data we collect
We collect identifiers such as name, email, company, and phone number when you submit forms or register for events. Technical data includes IP address, device type, approximate location derived from network information, and cookie identifiers when you opt in. We may log interactions with continuity planning resources to understand which materials are most helpful, using aggregated statistics where possible.
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the shine-stream.one marketing site and related landing experiences operated by PulseAnchor. If you use a separately contracted SaaS environment, additional data processing terms in your order form or data processing agreement will apply. Links to third-party sites are not covered by this notice; review their policies before sharing personal data.
How we use data
We use contact data to respond to inquiries, coordinate demos, and deliver event logistics where you register. Analytics data helps us improve navigation, prioritize documentation updates, and measure campaign performance. We do not sell personal data and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning individuals on this marketing site.
Retention
Form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Server logs with technical identifiers are rotated on a schedule designed to balance troubleshooting needs with minimization. You may request deletion earlier where law permits; some records may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.
Third parties and processors
We rely on subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, analytics (when consented), and security monitoring. Subprocessors are contractually required to implement appropriate safeguards and process data only on documented instructions. A current list of categories is available on request for enterprise customers evaluating vendor risk.
Governance and accountability
PulseAnchor maintains role-based access controls, encryption in transit for administrative tools, and periodic review of data inventories. Employees with access to personal data receive confidentiality obligations and least-privilege access aligned with their responsibilities. Incident response procedures include notification steps aligned with Korean personal information breach reporting expectations where required.
