Acceptance of these terms
By browsing or registering for PulseAnchor materials, you agree to these Terms of Use and any referenced policies. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and related communications. We may update these terms to reflect product, regulatory, or security changes; material updates will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law in the Republic of Korea requires explicit renewed consent.
Liability and reliance
PulseAnchor provides educational and informational content about continuity planning workflows. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, insurance guidance, or a guarantee of regulatory outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, PulseAnchor and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on site materials, including lost revenue, data loss, or service interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe misuse, security risk, or legal obligation requires it. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including liability limits, intellectual property, and governing law—remain in effect. If you have an active commercial agreement with PulseAnchor, termination of that agreement is governed by its separate contract terms.
User obligations
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site performance, scrape content in a way that degrades service for others, or upload malware. You will not misrepresent affiliation with PulseAnchor or submit fraudulent registration information. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details when requesting follow-up from our team.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul, Korea, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you. We encourage you to contact team@shine-stream.one before initiating formal proceedings so we can attempt good-faith resolution.
Intellectual property
PulseAnchor trademarks, logos, diagrams, and written materials are owned by PulseAnchor or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view and download materials for personal or internal business evaluation, not for resale or automated redistribution. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation to compensate you, except where a signed agreement states otherwise.
Service description
The site describes software and services related to continuity planning, dependency mapping, and exercise coordination. Features referenced on marketing pages may evolve; availability depends on your subscription tier and implementation scope. PulseAnchor does not promise uninterrupted access to preview environments or downloadable assets.
Changes, maintenance, and notices
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits certain pages or downloads. Where practical, we will note significant changes to service scope on this page or through direct customer communication channels. If you rely on continuity planning outcomes, maintain independent records and validate assumptions with qualified advisors.
